no i got a pc yesterday im almost into week 6 and have lost nearly 2st.. my bmi was 36 its now 29 sooo happy. when did you join hun xxx

Right...I know there are restrictions to some stuff until you have more posts(post loads in word ass thread!!and get posting)
But if you click on anyones ticker it will take you to the website and you can make up your own and then copy and paste it into your signature(user cp page)names are on another website the name of which is next to mine!
Pictures under names you can add through the avator link again on user cp

I am not technical at all and I managed it!there is also some info in FAQ I think
