How Do You Cope - With A Small Loss?

You are all right and I am feeling more ready to cope with it, I think it's with doing WW previously and any loss not higher than you can achieve on WW I am looking at too negatively, instead of fucuding on the main goal, thanks !
 
If you do lose 2lbs - go and get a bag of sugar and carry it around for a while. This is 2lbs and is not to be thought of as a failure - I have been chuffed with 2lbs before now (and have often gone through a week of denial on SW and WW to get there). The beauty of CD is that often after a smaller loss, if you have stuck to it, you get a larger loss so think of it as a building block to a great week
 
Another thing to consider is that on SW/WW a 2lb loss is considered really really good and then you would be disappointed with a 0.5lb or 1lb loss, so it is all relative.
