How do YOU get rid of the dreaded cravings?

There is a model who keeps a bar of Godiva in her fridge for cravings - if she wants some chocolate then she goes and has a sniff and that is enough for her. Well, I had a full on knee-slapping, belly-cramping laugh at that. I wouldn't want to even aspire to that as I do enjoy a Curly Wurly in my Options when the mood takes me. I'd like to see my boyfriend's face if I sniffed a Boost then put it back.
 
I once saw on a diet programme (I watch them ALL) that the 3rd week is the worse as this is when the initial excitement wanes a bit and your body all of a sudden goes into a tantrum about not getting what it is asking for.

Plan ahead and BE STRONG. Allow yourself the odd low syn treat so you don't feel deprived but use whatever tactic you can (like all the fantastic suggestions above) so that you stop at 1 or 2 and don't just carry on.

I get Tesco mini meringues (1 syn each) and have them when I really crave sugar as I find them so incredibly sweet I can only eat a couple anyway
