How do you get your weight ticker on your profile?

Threadtitle probably says it all. Can anyone help please? And do you have to keep updating it? And how? Thanks.xxx

Click on someone's ticker and it will take you to the website. Set up your ticker then get the code to put it in your signature via the usercp link at the top of the page. To update it each week you just click on your sig, put your pin number in and new weight details in and it updates automatically.
