I plan my evening meals for the week and write them down and stick them on the fridge so I know what my biggest chunk of points will be each day and then mostly fudge it around that.
I do try to keep at least 3 unallocated points back for emergency evening snackage.
i use 5 points for breakfast to give me some energy,if i had less than that i wouldn't have any get up and go in me, then 5 points for dinner and tea is usually 6 points and the 2 points left is fruit. x
