How do you make cauliflower rice?

Hi,
does anyone know how to make cauliflower rice?
This will be perfect to go with chilly or bolognase and curry

Got this from website never tried it yet but looks interesting:

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower

Preparation
Put cauliflower in food processor blitz until it is the size of rice. you can use a grater if you dont have a food processor. Microwave it in a covered dish, do not add water as it will make it gummy. Takes betwen 2-5 mins in microwave

I use it quite often and it is fine - forget it is not rice when the sauce is over it if it is made the same size

I grate it as I don't have a food processor and fry it off in a bit of fry light. Once it's got curry or chilli on it's fine. I prefer it as I don't really like rice anyway.
