Choose your shake (my fave is butterscotch yum yum) ..

put shake in bowl with heaped table spoon of husks, then whisk in slowely about 100-200 (depends how thick you want it) mil of hot/warmish water, whisking well.. then eat!! its devine.. lol

I use 200 ml of hot water, butterscotch shake and 2 level teaspoons of PH. Whisk together until porridge like!

I have it with vanilla shake, add 200mls of cold water first, that seems to stop it turning into 'hot snot', then 30 secs in microwave - tastes like readybrek! :D

I went looking for these, but neither tesco nor asda seems to have them. (The tesco is huge, we have 7 in my city of 150,000 people, and that one was meant to be biggest in Scotland, at least when it was built). I don't want to pay an overpriced amount at some health food shop really...especially since people seem to be 50/50 split over liking/hating it.

I tried the toffee walnut shake as porridge - yet again I ended up with a giant slug in the bowl! I'm fine with husks in the soup - got that sorted but husks as porridge I have still yet to perfect!
