How do you space out your meals?

I have my morning shake at 9.00am when I get to work. My bar is split into two halves - one half at 12.30pm and the other at 3.30pm. Then dinner is soup between 6 - 7pm.

I have my shake about 11 before I start work, have another shake or bar about 3 or 4pm then soup about 7pm. All day I will drink water or herbal tea, it's tough on my routine because I work till 9:30pm. Drinking water gets rid of my hunger pangs. :)
