How do you use your weeklies? How many of them do you usually use?

    I started on Monday.

    I'm breastfeeding so with the extra points I get 39PP a day.

    I've not really been holding back and still have 41 wekly points left, and my activity points.

    Do I need to eat them all?

    What do you do?

    you don't NEED to eat them all, go with the flow, if you want them, use them, if not, dont. theres no rules really. you cant force yourself to have them.

    i use my weeklies for friday/saturday/sundays. These are the days i struggle most with food cos of the weekend and out of routine. plus have a couple of wines and takeaway ect ect.

    go with what you feel, use them if you need them, whenever you want. no set rules. :)

    That's what I was planning them for really - not got any plans this weekend so no excuse to eat bad etc.

    I use mine on Friday and Saturday for treats then back to dailies on a Sunday Hun!

    I weight myself on a sat morning so usually use my weeklies on Saturday night with booze and grub!!! I found if I used them Fridays I tended to STS which was annoying having stuck religiously to my points all week. Everyone is different tho
