I normally have a few every day in the week to top up my dailies and then have more at the weekend for a takeaway, or a nice home cooked meal or a night out in the pub. I find I can be honest with myself and point everything using my weeklies.

I don't normally use them, except on special occasions, like going to TGI's for someone's birthday!!! ;)

I usually use a few to top up my dailies but if I use them it's mostly on the weekend and I am a bit more relaxed and there is no routine to our wk ends what so ever, usually visiting parents or shopping with daughter or at football with my son so always on the go at the wkends

I am also not using many yet as I like to have the safety net to allow for innacurate pointing!

I will have to use some this weekend as I am away on a hen weekend so will see how that affects the wieghtloss!!
