How do you work out your BMI??

    Can anyone help us to work out my hubbies BMI? He is 5ft 8 and weighs 14st 4lb. Hes thinking of joining cd to help me and so wondering wht his current bmi is anjd how much he needs to lose to get into a healthy range. Thanks sarah.

    :D Have a look on www.lighterlife.co.uk and go to the bmi calculator thingy...

    Tis easier than working it out manually!

    You put in your husband height and weight and then you find his bmi.

    Your husbands BMI comes out at 30.4 which is just over weight and into obese...we are in the practically the same range just now!!!
