How does my diet look so far?

    Healthy Eating & Exercise
    Would any one be kind enough to look at my food diary for this week so far?

    I've given up on 'diets' and am trying to follow some suggestions given to me by my personal trainer but I don't know if I'm on the right track!

    I'm vegetarian, and I'm trying to get a healthy balance of carbs, protein and veg/fruit throughout the day.

    Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated :)

    Shredded Wheat bitesize with organic yogurt and handful of nuts (walnuts, brazils, almonds, hazelnuts)
    Quorn cottage pie & salad
    Small jacket potato with cottage cheese, lots of purple broccolli.


    Shredded Wheat bitesize + organic yogurt + nuts
    Pot of mixed berries
    Jacket potato + cottage cheese + salad
    Organic wholmeal pitta dipped in hummus
    Homemade Quorn chilli with brown rice & large portion of raw Spinach


    Organic peanut butter spread on toasted wholemeal pitta
    Pot of raspberries
    Jacket potato w/ cottage cheese & Spinach salad
    Mullerlight yogurt
    packet of ryvita minis
    handful nuts
    Qourn goujons + sweet potato + lots of broccoli

    Today (so far):

    organic peanut butter spread on organic wholemeal pitta
    pot of raspberries & blueberries
    Wholemeal pasta & quorn mince in tomato sauce

    Looks very good to me, how does it feel to you? Are you satisfied with the amount you are eating, not hungry still? If so, i would see how it goes .. but it does look fine..

    I look for 'filling low cal' foods, as i am always on the go & often miss meals .. to stop me feeling hungry, as i am tempted then to eat the wrong foods.
