Original how does sw work while your pregnant?

Hi guys I've found out I'm pregnant but I'm over 20stns, it wasn't planned I've been to see the midwife and really concern about my weight gain she recommended sw, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks xx

You need a note from your midwife to take to group and you will get some info from your consultant when you join.
