How long between meals?

    Hi everyone,

    It's my first day today and I didn't get back from the chemist and have my first sachet until 3pm. Can anybody tell me if I HAVE to have the recommended 3 sachets a day even though I have started late and if so how many hours should I put between them and what's the latest time I should be having one? Sorry for all the questions :)

    Hi Hun and welcome I think you should have them at least four hours apart and yes you really should have all three shakes a day. If I were you now I'd have the next one around half six and the last one around 10pm??? If you can manage it. Also get the water down you good luck read the carrier bag it came in and go to lipotrim website and watch the video about it there all will become clear :)

    You should be the results speak for themselves Hun black tea or green tea with three tablet sweetners is a life saver and I aim for 4-5 litres of water a day on top of what I use to make shakes:)

    I'm not going to find the water intake too hard as I drink a lot of water anyway so it's all looking good so far :) You're doing really well on yours :) Well done. Great to see other peoples journeys. Really gives you the motivation to keep at it :)

    Hi honey, gotta have the 3 shakes as I found out today. Told my GP that I had simply forgotten to take the 3 one day and she told me that it was really important to get the full replacement value as its so low anyway. She didnt go really mad but gave me plenty to think about!

    hey there, i have my shake at 10am, then 4:30pm then 9pm. and then before bed i have a bottle of water so i can sleep. cnt sleep on an empty. tho im thinkin to warm me up ill have english tea n calm me down as well.
