How long between shakes?!!

    Hi

    Ive been on cambridge for one week now and due to be weighed tomorrow just checked my weight now and i have only lost 2lb i thought i would have a big loss in 1st week:cry::cry::cry:

    I wanted some advice on whether i am leaving too long between my shakes!
    I have one at 8 o clock then one at 3 then one at 7 o clock!
    Am i doing summat wrong? I am drinking about 4 litres a day as well!!

    I am determined to do this but i am a little disheartened!!

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Hi Lou, have you weighed at the same time, whilst on SS I could fluctuate 6lbs between am and pm, I always got weighed at 8am, after a wee in my nightie, if weighed at night I would always be between 3 and 6lbs heavier.

    I used to have my shakes at 10am 2.30pm and then about half 7.

    It didnt make any difference to weight loss if I deviated from these times.

    It shouldnt make any difference when you have your shakes. I have mine at 1:30ish, 5 ish and then about 8pm.
    I know Icemoose always had all his in the evening.
    Make sure you weigh at the same time and with the same weight clothes.

    I have my tetra throughout the day mixed with coffee, my bar about 6pm and soup at 9pm... don't think it makes a difference. You are drinking enough water, but don't forget a pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter!!

    hi ya

    Ihave my first half a tetra topped up with hot water at about 11
    second half same way at about 12

    Shake at about 2

    Soup at about 6

    then another tetra or shake about 9.30

    Am sure your weighloss will reflect the hard work u put in in the morning i weigh about 5lbs less than in the evening, shame my weigh in is tomorrow evening doh!!!!
