How long did it take?!

MOrning all just wondering im on cd onlt started yeasterday, lost nearly 2 stone on it in 2 weeks last time but wondered what your experiences have been in regards weight loss.
How long did it take you to lose 4 stone? that is my goal and im goig away in august and want to get it off by then. is that possible?

You would be better posting this on the CD forum, everyone on here is on Weight watchers so wont be able to help really. I know losses are faster with CD but i have absoloutly no personal experience with it
