How long do drs forms last?

I was doing cambridge back in September but had to give up due to money issues and hoping to restart in February but will I need to get a new form signed or will my old one still cover me? I'm still around the same weight as when I first went.

I've emailed her but she's not got back to me yet and wondered if anyone here would know?

Your Old Medical record form should be Valid for 6 Months from Your Last Weigh in so you should be ok, any problems contact head office

Oh that is fab news, my doctor has left now and his replacement is horrid and I know he wouldn't sign the form.
Might see if I can start on the 1000 cal step because then I could afford to start a few weeks earlier.
