Hi saira, It's up to yourself how long you want to do maintanence for. You have to do a weeks refeed then depending in how much u want to lose u go into maintanence which is 2 shakes and low carb meal a day. The weekly average loss on maintanence is about 2lbs so it's up to u really. Good luck
