how long does home made soup last?

Mornin all. Forgotten about the soup I made that's lying in a container in the fridge. I made it on Sunday...am I best to chuck it out?

I would, you know you can freeze it, I tend to bulk up on soup and serate in different contains and freeze it, really handy if you haven't got much time.

Thanks guys. I usually do freeze it but for some reason I forgot. Do you take it straight from freezer and heat up or defrost it first?

I eat my soup for a week from Tupperware lidded tub in fridge, I would have tasted it
