How long for weightloss?

Can anyone who has lost weight using this diet on SS please tell me how long it has taken them to lose 4 stone?

I am 18 stone and my goal so far is to lose 4 stone.

I have just had my 14wk weigh in and have lost 4st! I have just come back from holiday and was due to have an add a meal week the first week but because I was away decided to do 2wks of add a meal and still lost 7lbs in the two weeks!
Good luck...its a great diet and really works!
