Yeah it defo takes a while for the oul brain to re-adjust!!! Shopping for the next size down is a step in the right direction for re-training the mind![]()
hehe.. yeah.. totally.. shopping for that next size down just feels awesome.. doesnt it? Hehe.. i think ill feel thinner when im shopping for size 18.. you know.. like.. its an "acceptable" size in respects to "normal" shops.. and not just evans.. etc.. lol..
i was just wondering about other peoples experiances.. hehe.. im too nosey for my own good you see.. lol..
Awww I know where you're coming from here. When I lost 30lb at the start of the year (I managed to get down to 18stone) I fitted nicely into a size 22. I still felt like I was a size 26 then, so its quite hard adjusting to it!
I did find once I got it through my head that I wasn't as big, I had a massive rush of confidence and that spurred me on to continue with the exercise.
I have however put on all the weight I lost and then some so I'm back at square 1. Looking forward to feelilng that confidence rush again though!
I know exactly what ya mean... i'm on the cusp of a 20... and even that feels 'normal'.... I get excited at the prospect of being able to shop in the other shops with all the lovely stuff in them... its getting very close![]()
