    hiya,

well in answer to how many calories there are in them, it's hard to say as tehre are so many different ones, mine, Lipotrim you get about 450 calories a day. i think cambridge and LL have ever so slightly more.

    which are you considering?

LL is 530 cals with 4 packs a day (a mixture of soups/shakes and 1 bar per day). If you have a lot of weight to loose I would really recommend doing an approved VLCD.

There are lots of different ones. I do recommed LL to everyone but sometimes it is not to everyones taste. It really is worth the extra money for the councilling as this has helped me no end. I know £66 a week sounds a lot of money but I was easily spending that on both food shopping and extra's like takeaways/lunch out/alcoholic drinks etc.

Read the threads for each of the different diets and ask any questions you may have. I'm sure that all of the people on here are more than willing to help.

I hope you find the right one for you. Good luck with your journey x x
