How many calories should I be eating??

I'd put you somewhere around the 1500-1600 cals a day mark.

Most people on here use My Fitness Pal to work their daily allowances out. You will find you get differing allowances from the various sites.
I'd go onto My Fitness Pal, there's a website and a phone app, all free and it works out your calories and has a huge database and food diary to help you log food. It's indispensable for a lot of us here on cc! Good luck....
