tranquility Gold Member 22 September 2011 #2 I'd put you somewhere around the 1500-1600 cals a day mark. Most people on here use My Fitness Pal to work their daily allowances out. You will find you get differing allowances from the various sites.

S surfinbernard Full Member 23 September 2011 #4 I'd go onto My Fitness Pal, there's a website and a phone app, all free and it works out your calories and has a huge database and food diary to help you log food. It's indispensable for a lot of us here on cc! Good luck....
