does anyone know how many calories lipotrim is based on per day??

My understanding of it is that it is roughly 425-450 calories a day!

its different for men and women and it tells you on the carrier bag the calories per item i.e shake and those rank bar things lol

The shakes and soups have 141.7 calories per pack and the flapjacks have 191.

If you have three shakes/soups you have 425.1 calories a day, if you have a flapjack than the calories are a bit higher.
