how many cals to start

S: 11st2.5lb C: 11st1lb G: 9st4lb Loss: 0st1.5lb(0.96%)
This will be my third week of cc and my weight keeps fluctuating, between 3lbs off then back on. I'm not sure i'm doing it right. I'm having 1600 cals a day and exercising. What am i doing wrong? I do have one day off the diet a week. Is that the problem?

Depending on how much you should be losing at 1600 a day with your exercise factored in, and how much you eat on your day off, then maybe you're consuming too much on the day off?

Use the sticky to work out how much you need to eat weekly to lose weight and then try to calculate how much you're eating in the week, including your day off.
