Hi Sonkie
I was on Lipotrim for 6 months and lost 15 kgs. Just 1 stone left to go now and I've changed over to CD.
Lipotrim is a good diet in this respect. The flavours are not so nice that you feel you want to have just one more. It is a really good way to wean you off carbohydrates and as long as you stick with it, the results will be positive week after week.
The flapjacks are grotesque, but if they were delish like the CD bars, you may want more. I was like a kid in the sweet shop to start with on those bars and I should have had one only. Still, I didn't put weight on.
The chicken soup needs lo-salt and some Piri Piri in it to spice it up. Or tabasco or worcester sauce. Otherwise it is so bland.
You can buy banana flavouring. I got some in an Indian store and Pistachio flavouring, so that is something you could add to the vanilla. Orange essence in the chocolate gives you the nearest thing to those Terry's oranges you will ever taste.
You can add cold coffee to the vanilla which gives you a capucinno.
I've treated the family to a Kenwood smoothie maker and I make my CD "diets" as they're called in that now with ice. I wish I had had that when I was on LT.
It's vital that the Lipotrim is mixed well. Those electric wand mixers are good and space saving, or a shaker cup. I always added ice, because I like them really cold, but this is a personal choice. My CDC likes her shakes warm.
Depending on how much weight you need to lose and what sort of a deficit you have created by starting the Lipotrim programme will be the determining factors on how much weight you will lose from week to week. A 2/3 pound weight loss on average is very good and a lot of people lose 15kg over a 12 week period.
Good Luck on your Liptrim journey. You should only sole-source for 4 weeks at a time unless you are under medical supervision, so take care.
All the best
