How many Mullar Lights are too many?

Hi all,

Im on the easy plan and so far all going well and Im loving eating healthy, nutritious meals but Im just wondering how many Mullar Lights are too many?
I've been having one with fruit for breakfast, then i tend to have two more as snacks through the day :/
So that's three a day, is that too many? Can i still expect to lose weight, doing everything else ok and having lots of superfree with meals and some snacks?
 
There is no limit to yoghurts. They are a free food BUT only eat them if you are hungry.

I'd say the limit was your purse - eating 3 a day is seriously expensive!!!!

Variety is the key but no one at SW has ever put a limit on yoghurts, Muller or otherwise.
 
Don't have too many yogurts, you'll end up mullered... seriously though, agree with jaylou - only snack on them if you really are hungry. I usually have one per day plus fruit.
 
All good advice but if you are losing nicely on what you are eating then you must be doing something right. I wouldnt worry too much. If on the other hand your loss starts to slow down or stop, then perhaps have a little re think! :) :)

Yes, fair point - it's all down to what works for you and keeps you on track, of course!

As to the price, they were on special so not too bad. Yeah they're not as filling as other things and most fruit I suppose but i do enjoy them and only have them while hungry, maybe i should plan times of meals better- i tend to wait until my little one goes to bed to have dinner so i can have it in peace.
No i wouldn't have eaten three yogurts a day before SW but i would have eaten about three packets of crisps and lots of chocolate :/
 
I don't snack on Mullers, but I always have one after lunch and one after dinner. I think I'm addicted to the toffee flavour! If you're losing weight, why worry?
 
I've had days where I've had 6 yoghurts. .One mixed into my porridge for brekkie, one after lunch, one after dinner and 2 or 3 between meals when the munchies come a knocking. .They weren't all Mullers & the inbetweenies were eaten with or on fruit. .I think it's much better to have one if it satisfies the sweet tooth - rather than reaching for the choc or biscuits etc.
 
I love mixing a tsp of option belguim choc with a toffee muller yog and have with a banana =] as with everything with slimming world, moderation is Key =]
