Think its up to yourself really! I'd say keep eating as many as you like and if it starts effecting your loss then maybe cut them down.
Personally I could only have one in a day, they are too expensive!
True! they aint cheap! but just wondering if u cud replace mullerlights with say aldi's own brand of yogurt? to save a bit of cash?!

I'm a little dad as I actually love the shape yogs rhubarb crumble and apple crumble x they're 1/2 a syn each but they're so yummy I happily have them as my syns x I also love the Greek yoghurt 0% it's so creamy and tastes like a luxury x
