Hey everyone, i used to have 4 litres of water a day when i was last on CD, and i found that looking at 2x 2litre bottles was daunting!!! so how many pints roughly would be in 4litres? i have pint & a quater with each shake, and i have about a pint of coffee a day, so im assuming if i do it all in pints that will be less daunting :D

    Any ideas
