Im confused on the HEB list on SW website it lists 2 sesame/rye ryvita AND THEN 4 sesame/rye ryvita as HEB....

Can anyone confirm how many you can have on a EE day?

    Thanks

I asked my consultant this as I was very confused. She advised me you can have 4 as you HEB but if you only have 2 you should lose more weight. It's your choice to make, somedays you may want to have the 4 but if you want to give yourself a better lose then have only 2.

Yep DD is correct, there is enough fibre in 2 ryvita to make it a B choice and this is also a speed food. However you can have 4 as a B too.
    I often have 3!!
