Hi, me again! Eeek, I think i'll be here loads ;)

I've just got my packs from my CDC and as I am 5'8 she said to hve 4 sachets per day. I was going to have 3 as I thought the book said people taller than 5'8 ie 5'9 upwards.

Hope all this makes sense! I'm hoping my packs will last 4 weeks rather then 3.

    Many thanks! Amy

    Hi Amy,

Your CDC is right, women 5f 8in and over must have 4 packs a day.

i first started 2 weeks ago and im 5ft 10" and i was really apprehensive about having 4 sackets compared to my mate who was having 3. To be honest i didnt have four everyday in the first week but i was a lot less active. In my second week i have been very busy and i have been needing the four :D

...soph you forgot to mention that your CDC measured you up INCORRECTLY (5'8" when really its 5'10"). Hence why she said you COULD have 3 rather than 4.

    Anyone over 5'8" needs 4 a day. x :)

this is correct - however i thought ahving four would make it take longer to loose weight in the long run. Its best to stick with what you are told really :D
