How many should I be on?

I can't find a class near me that has a time that suits at the moment so going to do it at home and on here.

I am 36, 5feet5 and weigh just under 17 stones..totally embarrassed with this :(

Can anyone help me work out how many points I should be on?

There are a few girls on here who do it on here and have lost alot of weight!! So it is totally acheivable. I don't have a calculator to work out points but I'm sure someone on here will soon reply and help you out on that one :)

If you wanted esourse which is ww online you could also purchase that think it is a Tenner a month or round that..and there's always deals for first few months..gives you your own database really of loads of foods an recipes etc.

Make a food diary on here, pick a weigh in day and keep posting and you will defiantly lose as the girls on here are great for support :)
