how many syns do you eat a day?

Its between 5-15 right? I need to loose a stone so is it best i only have 5 syns or maybe have more? I never go over 15 and on average have like 10, 12 a day

Nope - i would aim for 10 and not lose any sleep if you have 15. The number of syns you get is not dependent on how much you have to lose - we all get the same number!
