How many syns do you have each day?

I tend to have between 10 and 15 a day and have only gone as low as 7.5!
 
I started out on 7 syns a day as I thought that was about right for me trying to lose a relatively small amount - stone and a half to go. Based on what most of you have said about starting higher and working down to stop the body holding onto calories should I try increasing it to ten to see if the losses are better? Thanks
