I'm relatively new to sw and am wondering whether I've got things quite right! Could you take a look at today's food and let me know how many syns it is, will see if I've guessed it right?!
Breakfast - 42g All Bran with banana, strawberries & blueberries (hex a & b)
Lunch - Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, pickled beetroot, yellow pepper), 2 slices of ham, 1 dark rye ryvita with a spoonful of low fat cottage cheese (1/2 hex b)
Snacks - 1 alpen light bar, 1 ww chocolate brownie, carrot (1/2 hex b)
Tea will be - Meatballs using extra lean mince, recipe from red recipe book, with carrots and brocolli
Probably muller light and fruit
