how many syns in a lamb shank?

I went out for tea last night, was supposed to be going for a chinease but it was packed so ended up going to a pub that I wasnt prepared for, I had goats cheese and pitta bread to dip in for start (Both my HE) and then lamb shank with gravy, sweet peas and mash for main. Does anyone have any idea how many syns this would be? I had only used 5 so far that day so had 10 to spare...hope its less than that! Help please! x

It all depends on how it was cooked - it is very hard to guess.
If the lamb shank was oven cooked with no oil you would be fine, but I doubt it was. The gravy could have been a lot of syns, but again depends how it was made. And mashed potato could have been fine, but I guess it probably had cream in it!
