Ha ha...

I'm feeling very picky - just had lunch and am stuck in a room with no escape until 5.00. I've got a few grapes that I'm trying to placate myself with, some diet coke, an apple that I'm hoping to save for the journey home from London. So, when the grapes run out, looks like the fork is my only option!!

I have once eaten a plastic fork!! Was having a jacket potato from the canteen and when I looked the prongs of the fork had disappeared! Oops!

Don't think it is very nutritious!

I'm just about fending off temptations at the moment, but good to know if I give in, my indulgence will be syn free
