Rarely a day goes by when I don't use all 15. They help make this plan fit in with my life so much that I never see the point in not eating them. I love wine, chocolate, nuts, avocado, olive oil, extra bread, dried fruit, etc. If I gave these things up or restricted them heavily I would never have changed my mindset and seen SW as a lifestyle and not a diet
