hi i am new to this can anyone help me with how many syns am i allowed im currently 19st1 and also i only started today but im gonna fill my diary for yesterday how many syns for doorstep toast
If your a woman then 5-20 a day if your a man then 5- 30. Not exactly sure what doorstep toast is, but I'd recommend downloading the slimming world app you can search any foodd if your unsure and it'll tell you the Syn value x
