:cry:how many times can one person start this diet only to fail :cry:

I'm going back to uni to finish my degree in 6 weeks and need to lose some weight before i go back if only to boost my confidence (and to fit into my clothes lol). plus i don't want to look like a blob at graduation next year, next to all the younger students.

this weather doesn't help the kids are constantly asking for food and the problem is i'm constantly agreeing with them 'not good' i know but i want to change my habits as they seem to be rubbing off on the kids and i don't want them having the issues i have with my weight.

well tomorrow i am going to start 'again' for the last time if i cant stick to it i give up :cry:

Just keep going. I think people in general think unless they are perfect they have broken this diet but it is so low cal that even adding quite a few calories means you are taking the same as a normal low cal diet ie 1200-1500 so you would still lose weight. You just need to keep going in the right direction even if it is not as fast as you would like.
