how many water flavourings in 1 day?

i'm not feeling good, and somone suggested, the water flavouring made with hot water.
had one last nigt and it was yummy. really helped my throat.
how many cups can i have in a day?

I think you can have 1 tsp a day, which for me makes 4 ltrs as I only use a 1/4 a litre else it makes me gag.

think you just have to be careful it doesnt have a laxative effect!!!

didn't realise you have to limit on the water flavourings... i add about half a teaspoon per pint! oops well it doen't seem to be affecting me so will crack on with it!

My CDC advised that I only have either the water flavouring or the bullion.

I guess this diet is about trial and error as some people are more sensitive than others and have no problem with losses when having both!

My CDC said you could have as much flavouring as you like! doesnt matter how much you put in!
