Please can you tell me how many eggs to put in the syn free curry loaf. Some say 3 and others say 4. thank you xx

Depends on their size I suppose as well as the size of your tin - but I don't think there is a definitive answer because recipes like this just evolve. I would go for 3 large or 4 small!

Did you leave it to cool before cutting it? I made the mistake of not doing this and my first one fell to bits lol

It's in the recipe subforum - basically like a SW quiche but you mix a can of chickpea dahl with a mild curry savoury rice and eggs.
