    is monday ur second weigh in? i'd say very most 8lbs but realistically 5/6lbs!

    I hope to get under 10st (6lbs)! Fingers crossed. But i've just weighed myself and I haven't lost anything.

    Less than that, she doesn't have much to lose, so she'll lose more slowly.

    It depends on your body- don't set weekly goals because your body is unpredictable. Focus on long term goals, not short term ones.

    every1's body is different so i guess we can never predict wot we r going to lose each week, small or big.
