i've been good but cos I only have a little bit more to lose I think it might be a small loss. I wana be 9stones by the end of July.

its hard to know hun, have you been on the scales at all? make sure and have been to the loo before the weigh in cuz that can be at least a pound!!!!! sorry tmi but its true!!!!
