It's really not something you can put a figure on.

Everybody is different - our bodies work in different ways - 2 people doing EXACTLY the same food/exercise & weighing the same can have massively varying losses so really all I can suggest is to just do your best, follow the plan & the rewards will be evident.
How long is a piece of string?? Its really impossible to say. You should only expect to lose 1 or 2lbs a week though, any more is a bonus. Doing exercise doesnt guarantee extra losses, you could be lucky and get an extra lb but several people on here exercise regularly and it doesnt necessarily increase the weight loss. Go for it thought, just dont be disappointed if you only lose 1 or 2lbs
