How much daily fruit intake on PP?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how many portions of fruit and which type of fruit is everyone eating on a daily basis? Does this alter your WI's?

I love fruit but really dont want it to have a negative effect on my weight loss if too much!!! :cry:

Desperado to make the banana ice-cream from board but bit of scaredy-cat!

On a daily basis my fruit intake is:

Banana and handful of berries with breakfast
2 satsumas
bowl of melon
sometimes a pear

Sometimes I'll eat more but thats my minimum daily intake of fruit and as you can see its not had a negative affect on my losses x
 
i have a banana with breakfast
apple for snack around 11
and then 3/4 satsumas for afternoon snack

i was then having another banana so 2 a a day but my weight stayed the same for 2 weeks so this week went back to 1 a day and i lost 1lb so just be careful on how many bananas you have
 
I have:
- banana and orange juice at breakfast
- 1 pear and 1 apple at lunch
- grapes or another apple at dinner, or both :D
 
i have frozen berries mixed in with my readybrek
banana and berries in my smoothie around lunch
apple
mandarin
 
Ill be having...

banana with brekkie
apple or 2 satsumas with lunch
same again after tea
grapes for nibbling on in the evening (large handful id say)
 
i have a bannana for breakfast
and an apple or oranges betwenn lunch and dinner!!!!

but i use loads of my 0pp veg with my dinner as well i say i have 5-7 portions of fruit and veg a day!!!!
