How much damage could a slice of Gammon do!?

Sorry to say this hun but out of all the protein you could have picked to cheat with I think you picked a pretty bad one! Gammon is full of salt which makes you retain water like crazy! On the up side it is only water and not fat so any weight gain should disappear again in a day or two.;)

I was going to say, considering what you COULD have eaten it wasn't too bad, but then I saw what kelly posted and agree, it is salty and MAY make you retain water. Next time if you really fancy something like that have a little ham rather than gammon, but ideally try and stick to chicken or white fish hun xx
