I have been following the plan and only having a few syns and 1 hour exercising a day (kinect dancing so is fun but make's you sweat!!) so how much did you lose and do you have any tip's?
It differs so much from person to person and is based on so many factors so you cant really compare - it also depends on what your diet was like pre-SW. If you ate prettily healthily to start with then you will not see the huge loss of someone whose diet was really bad
And to be honest it doesnt really matter what you lose the first week only what you have lost by the week you get to target - and by then you wont give two figs what you lost in week one!
Funnily enough I lost more the week I got to target than I did the first week or at any time during my weight loss journey
By the way - you say you are only using a few syns. That is not following the plan properly and will not help you get bigger losses - a lot of people find it actually slow them down![]()
