How much did you lose on Step 2 when moving up

My BMI is under 25 so I'm doing step 2 but wondering how much I can expect to lose each week on this step?

i still have 1.5-2st I'd like to shift before my holiday in August but not sure if that'll be possible on step 2 as only 10wks till I go.

Hiya , and welcome , i too am on step two and have lost just over 2 stone in 10 weejs , thats also with having a couple of weekends off! Good luck x

I really feel like I want to go back to SS for the security of losing 1st per month but at the same time my BMI is too low for SS and my body probably needs the extra nutrients.
